The Association for Major Events (VfG) and the Zurich Athletics Club (LCZ) share a passion for promoting young talent and advancing Swiss athletics.

Weltklasse Zürich is part of the Wanda Diamond League. The highest and most important athletics series comprises 14 meetings on four continents, at which the best-placed athletes qualify for the final. This will take place in Zurich on 27/28 August 2025.
